volunteer time
Volunteers are the heart and soul of Habitat Manitoba.
volunteer on a build site
Our Habitat homes are truly the homes that love built. They’re constructed almost entirely by caring volunteers, with the support of dedicated, skilled Habitat for Humanity Manitoba staff. It takes many caring hands to build a Habitat home. Whether you’re a contractor or have never picked up a hammer in your life, we can use your help!

Our 2025 construction volunteer season has come to an end. From May to October, we didn’t just help build homes, we also built community, connection, and hope. If you were one of the hundreds of volunteers that came out to build at our Pandora Avenue West – thank you for your time, energy and heart.
We’ll kick off construction volunteer opportunities again in May 2026, and we can’t wait to build with you! Keep an eye on your inbox in March 2026 for details.
