We have started our first build on Stickney Ave. as part of Habitat Manitoba's future development, Assiniboine Gardens, in Brandon. Assiniboine Gardens will create homeownership opportunities for 30 low income families while addressing Brandon’s need for safe, stable  and affordable housing. Over the next decade, Habitat Manitoba will build 30 two‑storey, single‑family homes with two to four bedrooms. More than just homes, Assiniboine Gardens is a thoughtfully planned, family‑friendly neighbourhood with green space and nearby amenities, including a recreation centre, playgrounds, sports fields, and an outdoor rink.
