Pandora Avenue West Development Update
We are proud to share the progress of our largest development to date: a 55‑home community on Pandora Avenue West in Transcona. To date, 35 homes have been completed, and construction is underway on the final phase. All remaining families are expected to be settled by the end of 2026. This development is about more than building houses, it’s about creating safe, stable homes where families can grow, children can thrive, and a strong sense of community can take root.
