Ride Around the Lake – Sept. 8 – 10

The 17th annual, Ride Around the Lake is one of Habitat for Humanity Manitoba’s longest-running, signature fundraisers which raises money to help a family build strength, stability, and self-reliance through affordable homeownership. Last year, the event raised enough money to build TWO homes and the event has raised more than $3.5 million since inception.

Ride Around the Lake can accommodate up to 50 cyclists and each cyclist is expected to raise a minimum of $2,500 for Habitat for Humanity Manitoba which will support the construction of at least one Habitat home in Winnipeg, MB. Each cyclist is responsible for their own transportation to and from the event and overnight accommodations.

This exclusive, invitation-only cycling event includes:

A custom-designed, commemorative cycling kit
Three scenic and challenging days of cycling
Delicious catered meals & nutritional snacks
Mechanical support from Alter Ego Sports
Recovery support from PURE Lifestyle
SAG vehicles

The fundraising goal for this event is $350,000 and the minimum fundraising commitment for each participant is $2,500.
