The Carman-Dufferin Chapter completed its first Habitat home in 2016. The project brought the community together in remarkable ways, with volunteers stepping forward to raise the necessary funds and work side by side to help build the home. Their collective effort created a lasting impact for the partner family and demonstrated the strength and generosity of the Carman-Dufferin community.
Plans for 2026: the chapter will be finalizing its next partner family, continuing to raise the funds needed for their next build, and preparing to begin construction on another Habitat home for the Carman-Dufferin community.
