Blitz Build in Rosenort, MB

With the incredible support of K-Tec Earthmovers and AGI Westfield, Habitat Manitoba kicked off the very first Blitz Build of the year. From June 6-10 we had five consecutive days of building a brand new bungalow in a subdivision in Rosenort, MB. The Blitz Build welcomed 150 volunteers from the Rosenort community, K-Tec Earthmovers and AGI Westfield.

The week was filled with beautiful weather, hard work, plenty of laughs and amazing hospitality from the community with an important common goal – building a house for Habitat Partner family Magda, Mustaf and their children, Amina, Mariam, Fatima, Aisha, Abdullaah and Yusuf.

We couldn’t have done it without the support of all the amazing sponsors, volunteers and the incredible community of Rosenort for providing such a fantastic experience.
