Women Build: Foundation Forward Breakfast in Celebration of International Women’s Day – March 6

Thank you for joining us at Habitat Manitoba’s Women Build: Foundation Forward Breakfast last week. With more than 300 passionate and engaged attendees in the room, the energy was incredible. It was a powerful reminder of what happens when Manitoba’s business and community leaders come together around a shared purpose.

A heartfelt thank you to this year’s inspiring speakers, Morgan Wielgosz and Amber Sarraillon from Good Neighbour Brewing Co., for sharing their story of building a business rooted in community, resilience, and purpose. Their conversation reminded us that meaningful impact often begins with a simple idea and the courage to pursue it.

Thanks to your generosity, we are thrilled to share that donations totaled $3,966.00 toward our goal of building the 23rd Women Build home in Manitoba. We are especially grateful to Emergent BioSolutions, our Matching Donor Sponsor, whose commitment to match eligible gifts helped build incredible momentum in the room and inspired many attendees to give even more generously.

Every dollar raised brings us closer to welcoming another single-parent family into a safe, affordable home. Together, we are showing what is possible when a community comes together to lift one another up.
