Largest Key Ceremony in Habitat Manitoba’s History
Habitat Manitoba held one of its largest Key Ceremonies in the history of the organization, providing 10 families with the keys to their new home. On June 16 at the RBC Convention Centre we celebrated this amazing milestone with families, volunteers, sponsors, partners, dignitaries and staff.
These Habitat Partner families who may not have had the opportunity to enter home ownership previously, are now living in a safe space with their loved ones.
The homes on Ken McCrea Cove, located in Amber Trails, use 25% less energy and have zero carbon emissions and are some of the most energy efficient and eco-friendly homes being built today in Manitoba.
