Based on the current Provincial Restrictions in the Prairie Mountain Health Region Habitat for Humanity Manitoba has made the decision to suspend all Group Volunteer activities on our construction sites in Brandon until further notice.

Our Habitat homes are truly the homes that love built. They’re constructed almost entirely by caring volunteers, with the support of dedicated, skilled Habitat for Humanity Brandon chapter staff. It takes many caring hands to build a Habitat home.
volunteer requirements
In order to register as a construction volunteer, you will need to:
- Be 16 years of age or older
- Sign up to build (below)
- Commit to a minimum one full day of building
- Complete the online safety training and review the Volunteer Manual
- Be able to follow instructions and work independently
- Be able to climb stairs and have good mobility
- Be able to use and understand conversational English

- Supply lunch or snacks for build volunteers
