Here we are! Sept 2017 with Habitat for Humanity Dauphin chapter Executive, Steve Krahn, honored guests to the Lot dedication by an anonymous donor.

The lot is a hub of activity during Yard Fringe Sept 2017.  There was an international presentation celebrating the diversity of Dauphin and area.  Attendees were invited to sign 2×4’s that will be part of the integral structure during the build.

March 2018 was a community kick off with presentations, speeches and optimism!

Drumming up donations, interest, and community involvement at Dauphin Kinsmen Trade fair April 2018.  Kinsmen made a donation – plus allowed us to be in prime rent free location for the trade fair.

Anna Orisko – youth Chair at the time brought forward ‘Change for Change’ a spin off of her wildly successful ‘Pennies for Change’ from our first build. The youth program made presentations at all of the local schools to collect money, generate interest and interact with the youth of today – citizens of tomorrow.  Bins were placed in local businesses as well.  Thanks Dauphin for opening your doors and your pockets!!
